Wondering where you vote? Just visit this link and enter in some information and it will tell you where to vote.
So what’s on the ballot?
Besides voting for U.S. Senate, U.S. House of Representatives District 3, Governor, County Commission A and B, State Representative (that’s me), School Board, and Judicial Retentions, you will have the opportunity to vote on four Utah Constitutional Amendments. Each of these proposals passed by a 2/3 vote of both the Utah House of Representatives and Senate. They must now be approved by a majority of the voters in the General Election. The voter information pamphlet will have both supporting and opposing information on each issue. You should receive this pamphlet in the next few weeks. I supported all of the following amendments; now it’s your turn to take a position in favor or opposition.
Amendment A: Ensures all elections, including those for employee and individual representation, are by secret ballot.
Amendment B: Clarifies eligibility, specifically residency requirements, for mid-term appointed members of the State Legislature.
Amendment C: Allows a property tax exemption for non-profit entities for water rights, water facilities, and land associated.
Amendment D: Establishes a 5-member Legislative Ethics Commission.

We are fighting hard to get you re-elected here in the Springville 12th Precinct. Thanks for all the good things you are fighting for. Please, keep up the good work!
